Nomigren (propyphenazone, ergotamine, mecloxamine, caffeine, camilofin) Synonyms: Nomigren
Nomigren active substances have synergistic effects and integrated with migraines and pain. Ergotamine tartrat - stimulates smooth muscle and cause cerebral vasoconstriction and peripheral blood vessels, resulting in reduced swelling of the brain.

The action of Nomigren is caused by the complex of its active ingredients. Ergotamine tartrate is an alkaloid of ergot, it stimulates smooth muscles and causes the vasoconstriction of cerebral and peripheral blood vessels. Nomigren decreases brainis edema. Camilofine hydrochloride has spasmolitic action, removes initial vaso-spasm in the prodromal phase of the migraine. Propyphenazone provides analgesic action. Mecloxamine has sedative, anti-emetic and antihistaminic action. Caffeine increases the absorption of ergotamine and strengthens its therapeutic effect.

You should not use Nomigren:
• if you have hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients
• if you pregnant
• if you are breastfeeding
• if you have liver disease
• if you have kidney disease
• in children younger then 15 years old
• if you taking alcohol
• if you taking drugs which inhibit CNS
• you should know that this drug may make you drowsy.
