What is it used for?: (Indications:) Pausogest is used to treat the following conditions: • symptoms that arise before and during the menopause • prophylaxis of menopause related osteoporosis • other conditions prescribed only by your doctor.
Contraindications and cautions: Do not use Pausogest in the following conditions: • Hypersensitivity to any components of the preparation • Pregnancy or breastfeding • Renal failure • liver, breast or any other type of cancer • Thrombomembolia • Diabetes • Anemia • Change in brains blood circulation • Jaudice • Any metabolism dysfunctions • Heart related diseases. The drug should be used with caution in the following cases: • Migraines • Asthma • Epilepsy • Depression • Sclerosis • Liver and gall bladder dysfunctions • Tetanus • Hypertension • Colitis • Womb disease • Breast related disease • Tuberculosis • Renal dysfunction. The preparation is prescribed to women who had their last menses a year before starting therapy. A thorough examination of the woman body should be performed before prescribing this medicine and repeated every 6 months when using the medicine. If an unidentified vaginal bleeding occurs an immediate examination is needed.
Side effects: There are possible side-effects associated with this medicine that can affect individuals in different ways.
